This coffee offers the classic profile of rich coffee: full aroma, bright acidity, yet with a heavy body. Our light roast brings out its pleasing fruit tones which are balanced by an excellent caramel-like sweetness.

This coffee has all of the flavor of our elegant French roasted Sumatra. This decaf is so sturdy on its own that it doesn't need cream, sugar or anything to "make it into coffee."

We roast this coffee with a medium profile with a body that is mild and pleasant, endowed with familiar sweet cherry, citrus, sweet chocolate and ripe plum plus a slight tang of peppers and spices.

The roast is dark producing a warm nutty taste with chocolate overtones. A medium-full body gives this coffee a comforting heft, satisfying the tongue and leaving nothing to want.
